Document preparation
- Invitation letter legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Undertaking of support from the DGM
- Photocopies of ID card, passport, and yellow fever vaccination
- 2 passport-size photos (4x4)
- Specify in the invitation letter the duration of the visa as well as the arrival and departure dates in the DRC
Step 2: Payment of fees
- Visa cost: 125,000 FCFA
Step 3: Visa application and obtaining

- Submission of the visa application
- Waiting for the decision on the visa application
