File opening fees: 20,000 FCFA

Duration: 6 months

Amount: 2,720,000 FCFA

Required documents:

- Certified photocopy of diplomas starting from the probationary level
- Certified and legalized photocopy of birth certificate
- Photocopy of national ID and valid passport
- Two certified copies of transcripts from higher education
- Admission letter from a school (if applicable)
- Documents related to a scholarship (if applicable)
- Valid language test (if applicable)

Step 2: Payment of fees and registration

- Payment of fees in 4 installments:
- 750,000 F for registration
- 220,000 F for the Quebec attestation certificate
- 550,000 F for the visa application
- 1,200,000 F after obtaining the visa

Step 3: Visa application and obtaining

- Submission of the visa application with all required documents
- Waiting for the visa application decision
- Obtaining the visa after approval (duration: 6 months)
